Terms & Conditions

For the Unity Consulting Group initial call · Last updated: September 2026

§ 1 Scope and Contracting Parties

  1. These Terms & Conditions apply to contracts between

    Unity Consulting Group LLC
    30 N Gould St, Ste R
    Sheridan, WY 82801
    USA

    – hereinafter the „Provider“ – and its clients regarding the services described below.
  2. The offer is directed at both entrepreneurs and consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
  3. For consumers habitually resident within the European Union, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their respective country of residence remain unaffected.

§ 2 Subject Matter and Scope of the Service

  1. The subject matter of the contract is an initial call generally lasting 45 to 60 minutes. The service may also include structured capture of the client’s starting situation, general information and orientation on relevant topic areas, a brief written summary, and referral to suitable specialist partners from the Provider’s network.
  2. The initial call may address topics including domestic and international corporate structures, emigration, wealth structures, digital assets and cryptocurrencies, as well as general legal or tax topic areas.
  3. The purpose of the initial call is to capture the client’s starting situation, identify relevant topic areas, point out general courses of action, and – where necessary – name suitable specialist partners for further individual review or advice.
  4. The Provider owes careful performance of the agreed orientation and referral service, but not any specific economic, tax, legal, financial, or other outcome.

§ 3 Distinction from Legal, Tax, Investment, and Crypto Services

  1. In the course of the initial call, the Provider itself does not provide any individual legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, investment brokerage, financial portfolio management, or other regulated financial or crypto service.
  2. In particular, the Provider does not carry out any binding legal or tax review of an individual case and does not give individual recommendations to buy, sell, or hold particular financial instruments, cryptocurrencies, or other assets.
  3. General information on possible corporate, location, wealth, or international structures serves orientation purposes only. It does not replace an individual review by a suitably qualified specialist partner.
  4. Where the client’s situation requires individual legal, tax, financial, or regulatory review or advice, the Provider will not carry this out itself but will, upon request, refer the client to a suitable specialist partner or establish contact.
  5. Expert advice is provided exclusively by the respective specialist partner, in their own name and on their own responsibility. Where a special professional license or permit is legally required, the corresponding advice is provided exclusively by persons or companies authorized for this purpose.
  6. A contract for further specialist advice or any other service of a specialist partner is formed exclusively between the client and that specialist partner. The Provider does not become a party to this advisory relationship.

§ 4 Referral of Specialist Partners

  1. Based on the information provided during the initial call, the Provider may name one or more specialist partners from its network to the client.
  2. The selection or naming of a specialist partner does not constitute a guarantee of any particular outcome and no assurance that their services are suitable for the client’s individual situation. The final professional assessment and advice is the responsibility of the respective specialist partner.
  3. Additional costs may arise for the services of a referred specialist partner. The type and amount of these costs are agreed between the client and the respective specialist partner.
  4. The Provider may receive a referral fee or commission from a specialist partner for a successful referral of a client. Where such compensation applies to a specific referral, this is disclosed to the client before the referral is made.
  5. A referral fee does not result in any additional cost to the client vis-à-vis the Provider, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

§ 5 Conclusion of Contract

  1. The presentation of services on the website generally does not constitute a binding contractual offer, but an invitation to book.
  2. By selecting a time slot, entering the required data, confirming the required declarations, and submitting the booking, the client makes a binding offer to conclude a contract.
  3. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the booking confirmation by email.
  4. The Provider provides the client with the information and terms relevant to the contract in text form or makes them available on a durable medium, to the extent legally required.
  5. The contract language is German or English.

§ 6 Prices and Payment

  1. The price shown on the website or in the booking process at the time of booking applies. The current introductory price for the initial call is EUR 197.00, the regular price EUR 297.00.
  2. Tax treatment is governed by the applicable statutory provisions.
  3. Payment is made via the payment provider specified in the booking process and is generally due upon conclusion of the contract or in accordance with the payment terms stated in the booking process.
  4. The appointment is bindingly reserved once payment has been successfully completed.

§ 7 Client’s Duties to Cooperate

  1. The client provides the information required for the initial call completely and accurately to the best of their knowledge.
  2. In providing its orientation and referral service, the Provider may generally assume the accuracy of the information provided by the client, unless there are obvious contradictions.
  3. The Provider is not obligated to verify factual statements, documents, or information provided by the client from a legal, tax, or economic perspective.
  4. A reliable professional assessment may in particular require a separate review by an attorney, tax advisor, or other suitably qualified specialist partner.

§ 8 Rescheduling and Cancellation

  1. The client may reschedule or cancel an agreed appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before its start. In the case of a timely cancellation, an alternative appointment may first be arranged. If no alternative appointment is desired or arranged, the amount already paid is refunded.
  2. In the case of a cancellation within 48 hours of the agreed appointment, the Provider generally offers the possibility of an alternative appointment. In this case there is no contractual entitlement to a refund.
  3. If the client fails to appear at the agreed appointment without prior cancellation, there is generally no contractual entitlement to a refund.
  4. If the Provider must cancel an appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered. If no alternative appointment is arranged or the client does not wish one, the amount paid for the initial call is refunded in full.
  5. Mandatory statutory rights of the client, in particular any existing statutory right of withdrawal for consumers, remain unaffected by these provisions.

§ 9 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

  1. Consumers have a right of withdrawal where the statutory requirements are met. Details are set out in the separate Right of Withdrawal notice.
  2. Where a consumer expressly requests that the Provider begin the service before expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, the statutory provisions on compensation for value apply.
  3. If the consumer withdraws from the contract after having expressly requested that performance of the service begin during the withdrawal period, the Provider may, in accordance with the statutory requirements, demand reasonable compensation for the value of the services actually rendered up to the time of withdrawal. This compensation is calculated based on the proportion of services already rendered relative to the total scope of the contractually agreed service.
  4. The right of withdrawal may expire upon full performance of the service before expiry of the withdrawal period, provided the legally required conditions are met — in particular, that the consumer expressly consented before the start of the service and confirmed their awareness that the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract.

§ 10 Client’s Own Responsibility and Decisions

  1. The general information and orientation provided in the course of the initial call serve to prepare further decisions.
  2. The client makes decisions regarding corporate structures, place of residence or business location, asset investments, cryptocurrencies, tax arrangements, or legal measures on their own responsibility and – where necessary – following individual advice from suitably qualified specialists.
  3. The Provider does not, in particular, encourage the client to take legally, tax-relevant, or financially significant measures based solely on the initial call.

§ 11 Liability

  1. The Provider is liable without limitation for damages arising from intent or gross negligence, for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and in all cases of mandatory statutory liability.
  2. In the case of slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the type of contract at the time the contract was concluded.
  3. Otherwise, liability for slightly negligent damages is excluded, to the extent permitted by law.
  4. The Provider is not responsible for the independent services of referred specialist partners. The respective specialist partner provides their services on their own responsibility and on the basis of a separate contractual relationship with the client.
  5. The Provider is not liable for decisions a client makes contrary to the express notice regarding the need for an individual professional review, without corresponding advice from a qualified specialist partner, to the extent permitted by law.

§ 12 Confidentiality and Data Protection

  1. The Provider treats personal, business, and financial information that becomes known in the course of the initial call as confidential.
  2. Personal information is processed only within the framework of the applicable data protection provisions.
  3. Personal data is transferred to a specialist partner only where a corresponding legal basis exists — in particular where the client has consented to the disclosure, or the disclosure is necessary to carry out a referral requested by the client and is permissible under data protection law.
  4. Further information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Provider’s Privacy Policy.

§ 13 Dispute Resolution

The Provider is neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless there is a statutory obligation to participate.

§ 14 Applicable Law

  1. This contract is governed by German law.
  2. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.

§ 15 Final Provisions

  1. Individual agreements between the Provider and the client take precedence over these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, in whole or in part, the legal consequences are governed by statutory provisions. The validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
